We ship by Registered Mail to Canada & the US. Orders will be delivered 7-14 business days from date of purchase. Our shipping charges are very affortable, calculated on the actual weight of the item(s) ordered.

RETURN POLICY
We at Alchemy want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We extend a 14 day return policy to our customers, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, the cost of merchandise minus shipping will be reimbursed as a credit to your card. However we do not accept returns on any items that have been used, worn, or washed. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call us regarding our policy.

HOW TO RETURN
If you would like to return merchandise purchased from our Online Boutique, please first phone (1-877-LOTUS33) or email us (using the Contact Form) to let us know what you are returning. Then mail the item back, in a secure box or padded envelope, to the appropriate address below. Please include a letter stating the reason for return, with your name, phone number & email. We will issue you a credit card refund (for the cost of the item, not including postage), and email you the receipt.
If you would like to make an exchange, we will send you a replacement piece at no extra cost to you (shipping free), as soon as we receive the returned item.
